Rules that are obligatory for everyone: By making a reservation using our website, e-mail, Hostelworld.com or Booking.com, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the regulations.
The balance for your accommodation needs to be paid upon arrival or to our bank account at least one month before arrival.
Our hostels are under CCTV and security control 24h
Group reservations during check in we take a deposit 2000 PLN/ 500 euros in CASH for possible damages made by the group - deposit refundable upon check-out.
Group Reservations (Email Bookings) Group reservations made directly via email require full payment for the stay no later than one month prior to arrival, to the specified bank account. Free cancellation is available up to one month before arrival. After payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for any subsequent changes to the reservation
No refund will be given after payment, please book your accommodation and tours carefully. Cancel your booking or part of it before making a payment.
The hostel has an age restriction above 18 years old.
The facility is not adapted for people with disabilities. The building and its surroundings may contain architectural barriers such as narrow passages, high thresholds or a lack of ramps and appropriate signage. The rooms are located above the 2nd floor without lift.
Rebooking a tour costs the full price.
In cases of a no-show, we will not refund any money. You need to contact us about any slight changes to your booking at least 48 hours in advance.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy (if you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before arrival time, unfortunately, we will need to charge you for the first night).
There is no lock-out; our reception is open 24 hours a day.
We close the kitchen and common room from 10 PM to 7 AM for cleaning purposes.
Receptionists have the right to enter the rooms at any time during the day and night to clean or show guests to their beds.
Check-in time begins at 2 PM.
Do not change the bed you were assigned during check-in. An unauthorized change will incur a 10-euro charge. You may ask the receptionist about changing beds.
Please keep noise down between 10 PM and 7 AM. Be quiet and respect other guests (free earplugs available at the reception).
Only our guests and staff are allowed in the hostel.
Check-out time is at 10 AM. Late check-out until 1 PM will be charged 50 PLN.
After check-out, common areas are available for guests. You have the right to use luggage storage free of charge until 6 PM.
We serve breakfast in the common room every day from 7:30 AM to 10 AM.
We serve dinner in the common room every day (hours depend on the hostel).
Free dinner and beer is not included for groups of 10 or more people.
You can rent a towel at reception. The cost is 10 PLN each.
For your own safety, please keep your valuables in the locker or ask the receptionist to store them in the safe.
You must show your ID or passport during check-in.
The effects of excessive alcohol consumption (e.g., vomit, etc.) will result in an additional charge starting from 300 PLN, depending on the damage caused.
Smoking is not allowed in the hostel. A fine of 1,000 PLN will be charged for smoking indoors.
We provide linen. Using your own sleeping bag is forbidden.
Bringing and consuming alcohol in the rooms is prohibited. You may drink in the common room or kitchen.
One bed may only be used by one person.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to anyone under the influence of drugs, alcohol or exhibiting violent behavior.
In case of property damage, we reserve the right to charge your credit card to cover the incurred losses (price start from 300 PLN).
Any violent behavior will not be tolerated. If any of the above rules are not followed, the staff, manager and owners of Greg&Tom Hostels reserve the right to cancel accommodation with no refund.
